Are you a leader seeking to build a stronger team? Does your team struggle with purpose or personality clashes? I’d love to work with you and your team to uncover points of friction, identify areas for growth, and move toward sustainable solutions.
I offer full-day interactive seminars specifically crafted to address your team’s most pressing needs.
Each seminar includes…
- Teaching sessions, which draw from my 20+ years of experience as a licensed professional counselor and personal coach.
- Interactive activities. Role-playing can often become lost in creating personas for the exercise, clouding the value of the learning. Instead, we’ll “real-play” scenarios your team is actually facing—keeping everything relevant and immediately applicable.
- Customize your hours of personal coaching after the seminar, which could be used for anyone on your team. Including, but not limited to…
- a seminar debrief where we discuss your biggest takeaways and next steps.
- a one-on-one meeting with a team member who needs extra encouragement in a specific area of growth.
Seminars include…
Motivational Gifts is a team building opportunity built around the gifts in Romans 12:6-8—perceiver, server, teacher, exhorter, giver, administrator, and compassion. While we can all serve each of these functions, each one of us may have a primary gift that is a motivating force. Prior to the seminar, each participant would take the Motivational Gifts assessment, based on the book Discover Your God-Given Gifts, by Don & Katie Fortune. During the seminar, we work to understand how these motivational gifts are expressed and how to navigate growth areas that are revealed by these giftings working together.
Perfect for churches, faith-based organizations and Christian businesses.
Real Talk, a one-day seminar that trains leaders in effective interpersonal communication skills. We explore professional coaching techniques that can be applied to everyday communication, both in the workplace and at home. This is an interactive experience that includes demonstrations, practice, and constructive feedback.
Perfect for any leadership team, business mangers or specialized groups (i.e. fathers, etc).
DiSC, a personality profile system that provides a “common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others—within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.” (from the DiSC website) Participants take the DiSC profile online in advance and bring their results to the seminar. Using these results, we’ll discuss how we respond to conflict and what motivates us, and workshop healthy ways to solve problems and manage stress.
Perfect for corporate teams, churches, and faith-based organizations
